At least College graduate
At least 10-years of experience in wire harness manufacturing
Has skills in performance improvement
Has solid foundation and background in Labor Code, fair Labor practice and government current issuances and regulations
Able to plan, evaluate and correct PL(IS)
Possess profit (performance) improvement skills
Possess 5S, PDCA and OODA skills
Possess labor management skills
Speak Japanese
Able to understand harness drawings and manufacturing drawings
Note: Must be available for on-site training trip to Vietnam factory for about 2-months.
