Job Description

:

• Take charge of coordinating and supervising the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Formulate and establish standards and procedures for the engineering and technical tasks conducted within the department.
• Contribute to the analysis of maintenance trends, develop innovative strategies, evaluate resource requirements, and effectively deploy them.
• Manage the programming and maintenance of 3-Axis/6-Axis robots and PLC software.
• Furnish relevant technical information to Operations personnel to ensure proper equipment and facility operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors to provide efficient support.
• Ensure adherence to customer, statutory, ISO standards, and internal requirements, with a focus on meeting or surpassing them.
• Undertake any additional ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Express interest in gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate experience in planning and executing Preventive Maintenance.
• Possess familiarity with electrical, mechanical, automation, or equipment validation processes.
• Basic proficiency in PLC or computer programming (VBA, BASIC, etc.) would be a valuable asset.
• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience with machinery.
• Exhibit proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
