Responsibilities:
- Perform supervise and coordinate in production activities
- Handle daily and monthly manufacturing goals through the efficient manufacturing operation
- Responsible in planning and monitoring the movement of WIP for maintain line linearity
- Guide and train all manufacturing line leaders and assistant engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in highly automated manufacturing environment
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Able to commit shift duties
