Key Responsibilities:

Lead & direct a team of line leaders to fulfill daily production output & yield targets Monitor & track WIP, cycle time & constantly maintain production up-time Manpower management Prepare & present daily production performance report Participate in continuous improvement program by working closely among inter-department to prepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering and to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effective manner Assist QA to perform related research, statistics, investigation and analysis. To implement corrective and preventive action programs resulted from customer complaints Provide adequate training to operators to ensure their operational knowledge and skills are sufficient

Job Specification:

Min Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering with relevant working experience in Semiconductor industry It will be an added advantage if you have knowledge in any of the following:

+ Wafer sort test
+ Prober operations (TSK or OPUS)
+ Tester platforms (U-FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Good analytical and problem solving skills Good communication skills Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a 'self-starters' who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems Applicants must be able to converse in Mandarin to read Chinese documents and to communicate with our Chinese speaking line leaders, operators and counterparts.
