Discover Exciting Career Opportunities at P&W NGPF Manufacturing Company Singapore located at 51 Seletar Aerospace View. This manufacturing facility which started in 2016 operates two manufacturing lines delivering key components for the GTF engines. We use adaptive machining and cutting-edge automated inspection systems and the advanced manufacturing tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate on CNC 3 or 5 axis machines.
• Perform manual deburring, blending and general inspection
• Perform basic troubleshooting of machines.
• Read and follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Able to interpret basic blueprint if required.

• Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures.
• Maintain day to day 6S Lean activities to create a safe work environment.
• Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.
• Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
• Comply with the Code of Ethics and International Trade Compliance.
• Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Precision/ Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in operate CNC or Conventional machining, manual deburring /blending and general inspection skills and knowledge.
• Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the tools and equipment.
• Willing to permanent Shift and overtime on need basis.
• Relevant experience in shot peening, CMM or Manual deburring/blending is a plus.
• Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
