Responsibilities

• Able to perform manual deburring, or blending
• Possesses - manual deburring / blending, peening, inspection skills and knowledge
• Read and follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Able to interpret basic blue print if required.
• Responsible for performing an assessment of risk of his/ her activities, taking corrective and preventive actions.
• Require to maintain day to day 6s activities.
• Willing to work cross-functional areas.
• Required basic computer skills for day to day activity.
• Compliance with UTC Code of Ethics and Export regulation
• Support and participate in EH&S, Quality & ACE activities
• Involve in continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives
• Additional tasking as required by the supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma/NITEC in Precision/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, or GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in any Machining field.
• Working experience in shot peening/CMM and Manual deburring/blending is preferable.
• Able to work weekly rotating shifts / permanent 2nd or permanent 3rd shift
