Job descriptionPosition: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Tuas
Basic Salary: SGD 1400-1700
Gross Salary: Salary 2800-3200 (More than 5 years relevant experience)
Working Hours: Rotating Shift (12 hours shift (7-7) , Morning Shift)
4334 shift work
Allowances
- Shift allowances $12(1st) $24(2nd&3rd)
- Transportation Allowance $275
- 7 days Annual Leave
- Uniform Provided
- Prepare raw materials for the Ink batch.
- Load and unload materials and sub-assemblies, including material transfers.
- Operate various process equipment per manufacturing instructions and perform first level troubleshooting.
- Perform sampling for quality testing.
- Collect and input production or measurement data electronically as required.
- Initiate Kaizen projects to improve productivity, automation, quality and safety in the manufacturing environment.
- Provide support to Ink Chemists and Engineers.
- Escalate deviations in materials, equipment, process or utilities that may affect production capacity, quality or safety.
- Perform day-to-day handover of production status to the next shift.
