About the Role

You will be the Manufacturing Technology Engineer reporting to our Plant Manager. You take ownership of chronic process problems, identify, and implement process improvements, and lead teams and/or projects for longer-term growth and improvement of the site.

You are experience collaborating with sister sites across the globe and be the local representatives in sharing and bring back best practices. You have strong project management, influencing and communication skill. Work location is Tuas West manufacturing site.

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous compliance and high safety standard within the production facilities.
• Create and update technical documentations and participate in process hazards analysis and adhere to rigorous management of change.
• Provide technical expertise for the responsible processes.
• Lead and participate in quality incident investigations to drive the root cause analysis to develop correction and preventive plan.
• Develop new visualization aids and digital tools to enable timely analysis of data and information.
• Strong project management experience and will be part of the capital projects team and the new products commercialization team.
• Monitor performance of key metrics. Lead and identify continuous improvement opportunities for quality, yield and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma in Science, Electrical and Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Materials
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified is advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience in Process Safety Management is advantageous.
