Job Description

The department store was established in 1994 as Seiyu Wing On Department Store under a joint venture between Seiyu, Ltd (Japan) and Wing On Pte Ltd (Hong Kong). It was acquired by Beijing Hualian Group in 2007 and has since operated under the brand name BHG. Beijing Hualian Group is one of the largest commercial chain retailers in China and operates numerous supermarkets, department stores and shopping malls in various provinces and cities.

Backed by a myriad of local and international experience in the retailing business, BHG is set to take consumers on a shopping experience that is truly unique and memorable. It aims to become the most preferred department store for consumers in Singapore.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Work with team lead to plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing, mobile marketing, social, events, and retail POSM.
  • Effectively plan and execute advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • To be responsible for implementing all marketing communication activities and strategies such as advertising, copywriting and preparing promotional collaterals.
  • Working closely with the designer team to ensure timely launch of a campaign.
  • Manage Social Media, WhatsApp and Emails pertaining to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer feedback in a professional manner.
  • Provide a high standard of customer satisfaction and service to a growing customer base, ensuring that an efficient, courteous and professional manner is upheld at all times.
  • Ensure that customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries are responded within 24 hours turnaround time during working days and work with closely with CS.
  • Identify trends and insights from different regions and competitors and propose new creative ways to utilize social media and website to strengthen marketing, sales and customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties in digital marketing activities.
  • Assist with planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate, analyze and validate marketing data.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business studies or any related discipline
  • 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Marketing
  • Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
  • Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Experience in using social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Possess self-confidence and able to actively interact with all relevant parties
