JOB DESCRIPTIONEvent Management:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, including CSR, Project, Staff event, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities\xe2\x80\xa6.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and managing guest lists.
• Support pre-event and post-event marketing efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.

Digital & Content Support:

• Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website content updates, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to develop compelling content for various purpose
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging objectives.
• Assist in graphic design tasks, such as creating simple graphics for social media posts or marketing materials.

Employer Branding and Employee Engagement:

• Assisting in the creation of internal communications materials by employer branding campaigns.
• Support employee engagement activities, including internal events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture\xe2\x80\xa6

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven basic knowledge in event organization skills
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Detailed oriented, ability to handle multi-tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
