- End-to-end events management experience
- Candidate with real estate, fitness related background is preferred
- Diploma/Degree in any related fields
The main responsibility of this position is to collaborate with and assist the Marcom Team in organizing and implementing comprehensive events and tenant engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will also engage with various stakeholders, including tenants and government agencies, as well as the measurement of campaign effectiveness.
Adecco is partnering with a property development company that owns one of the premium developments in the CBD area. They are seeking a Marcom Executive to join their team.
Marcom Executive | Real Estate | CBD The Job:
- Develop marketing communication strategies and campaigns to enhance the positive image of the property
- Plan and implement the end-to-end corporate events, including CSR initiatives and monthly workshops for corporate privilege programs and place-management engagement activities
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of event
- Handle enquiries from various stakeholders, including tenants, government authorities, and commercial vendors
- Maintain and update marketing databases, follow SOPs for communication processes, and oversee timely contract renewals.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness through suitable tools to extract pertinent insights
- Other administrative duties
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end events planning and management
- Diploma/Degree in any related fields
- Proven organizational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written, presentation, good interpersonal and communication skills
