Responsibilities:

Marketing & PR:

• Define, design, and plan regional PR and marketing strategies with Head of PR and Marketing
• Analyze market-specific needs and recommend appropriate marketing and advertising strategies
• Facilitate communication with key stakeholders to increase brand visibility
• Manage internal teams to execute mall communications that generate brand buzz
• Negotiate with various parties involved in campaign and advertising tool creation, development, and execution
• Work closely with APAC office to establish partnerships with celebrities and influencers

Media:

• Develop regional media strategies with Marketing & Communications Director, APAC
• Execute impactful campaigns within budget to positively impact sales
• Manage regional agencies in campaign execution and monitoring
• Consolidate post-campaign analysis and reports
• Coordinate creative asset requests with HQ

Events:

• Partner with agencies and external partners to initiate, liaise, and manage press days and influencer engagement activities
• Assist with organizing press events and provide on-site support
• Work with General Manager, SEAO to plan customer events, including VICs invitations, preferences, and logistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, PR, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, and database & campaign management (Luxury industry experience is an added advantage)
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage ambiguity
• Excellent planning, organizing, prioritization, and control skills.
