Job Description

:

Onboard vessels and ship.


General repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical motors/generators.


For troubleshooting of switchboards/power panels etc.


Generating of work reports.


Providing of technical support to our daily operations on site (either Shipyards, on site or at our own workshop).


Ability to lead a group of at least 2 - 3 technicians.


Able to work independently (when required).


5 days work week (Monday to Friday - 8AM to 515PM; Saturday - 8AM to 12PM), or as and when vessel schedules required.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma education At least 5 years of work experience Familiarity with basic regulations for electrical installations and code of practices Ability to write, read and converse well * Preferably to have experience in DC/AC motors, Generators, Switchboards and Circuit breakers PLC and Control Circuitry
