We are seeking a Marine & HR Operations Manager to oversee our marine vessel operations and manage human resources functions for marine crew. This dynamic role requires a leader who can coordinate complex marine logistics while ensuring a compliant, trained, and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vessel movements, and marine logistics coordination.
Supervise marine crew and shore personnel, ensuring training, certifications, and compliance.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce scheduling, and performance management.
Enforce marine safety standards and HSE policies.
Liaise with port authorities, service providers, and internal teams.
Maintain operational and HR records, prepare reports, and support audits.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marine Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in marine operations or vessel management (Oil & Gas preferred).
At least 5 years' experience in workforce management, ideally related to marine/offshore environments.
Relevant maritime certifications (STCW, BOSIET, etc.) are a must.
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient with MS Office and operational software.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work offshore on site visits.
Physically fit for marine and yard supervision duties.
