Roles & Responsibilities
Position : Marine Operations Executive
Location : West – Penjuru Place
Working hours : 5.5 Work Days
:
- Update and monitor collection & delivery within the schedule given by customers
- Work with agents or ship operators for status of supply schedule / vessel loading
- Work with warehouses to coordinate orders being picked up from their locations
- Check vessel arriving and departure schedule via Portnet & Jurong Port online
- To attend and responding to shipping/delivery matters after office hours when necessary
- Support logistics team for adhoc projects
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level or Diploma in relevant field
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Able to work after working hours, weekends, and public holidays when necessary
