Customer acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads in our industry.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Product knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the marine industry, including knowledge of products, services, and solutions offered by the company.
Technical expertise: Demonstrate technical knowledge of marine and offshore equipment, parts, and systems to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Market intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the marine and offshore industry to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration with internal teams: Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
Requirements:
Sales experience in the marine or similar industry
Understanding of the marine industry, including knowledge of industry players, regulations, and market dynamics.
Familiarity with marine and offshore equipment and technologies to effectively engage with customers and provide technical advice.
Possess with class 3 license/ own a car will be added advantage.
