Responsibilities1.Assist superior to achieve set objectives2.Liaise and communicate regularly with Distributors, dealers.

• Market monthly reports to superior.

3.Strengthen Service Network (3S and Service Standard)

• Continual education and training for distributors/dealers
• Support Distributors in their service activities including onsite field service
• Support workshop setup
• Assist and follow up distributors\' product registration status

4.Technical Support for Distributors and Dealers

• Support distributors and dealers for technical inquiries
• MI (Market Information) processing
• Prepare & issue Technical Bulletin for Dealers

5.Manage product registration and warranty administration

• Management of distributors and dealers product registration
• Warranty administration for dealers

6)Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiorRequirements

• Diploma/ITC in Automotive/Mechanical/Marine engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years\' Technical Service in Automotive/Marine Engineering
• PC literacy (E.g. MS office)
• Able to travel, Passion in marine industry
