Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of the Shipping Security Lead the day to day management of security service contractors, including monitoring performance, conducting due diligence assessments and managing costs. Fulfil the role of Company Security Officer (CSO), undertaking duties and responsibilities outlined in the ISPS Code, and participate in the 365, 24/7 CSO DUty Rota. Provide timely and accurate security advice to the T&S Leadership Team, Operated Fleet, shore staff and other Group entites on maritime security issues. Respond to security incidents as part of the Incident Management Team in the role of Security Advisor Develop a network of internal and external securiy stakeholders, including security agencies, government and industry peers to maintain an improved threat and risk awareness and sharing of best practice.

Job Requirements:

Mandatory Possess ISPS CSO Certification with at least 3-5 years working experience in Marine / Security sector. Experience in responding to emergencies including security incidents. Experience co-ordinating emergency response or security exercises. Global geopolitical awareness including an understanding of how global security risks affect the maritime environment. Experience in preparing concise presentations, plans and reports and excellent verbal and written communicaition skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Team Player, display initiative & willingness to learn
