If so, this is the role for you.As the Market Access, Pricing and Strategic Planning Lead (MAPP) \xe2\x80\x93 Established Pharma: you will work with a variety of stakeholders to maximise the long-term value of GSK \xe2\x80\x98s medicines, working in partnership with cross functional teams including commercial, medical affairs, supply and development. Specifically support long term planning related to lifecycle management of EP products, drive focus on gross to net (G2N) strategies for priority brands to maximise value and support the business development team with market access input as required.Through data and insight, develop clear, competitive lifecycle strategies and plans, to maintain value or assess discontinuation or external partnering options in partnership with a variety of key stakeholders.In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll develop and stretch to be best in industry across key Global Strategy and Enterprise Leadership Capabilities. Within GSK\xe2\x80\x99s Pharmaceuticals business, as a MAPP you are expected to maintain or generate Value for GSK and ultimately improve the lives of patients around the world.Key responsibilities:Strategy

  • Develop global G2N strategies for all priority brands with key stakeholders, using pricing, tender, NRM and market access, CTC levers as required.
  • Lead mid to long-term life cycle strategy process working with CCLs and other key stakeholders to ensure strategies have robust assumptions on market and competitor evolution.
Execution
  • Work with key stakeholders at global, regional and local level to successfully deliver of global G2N strategies.
  • Deliver pricing, tender and market access guidelines, systems and processes including the creation, deployment and monitoring of risks, using the support team from the Knowledge Centre and working with supply chain, and marketing.
  • Build marketing capabilities to deliver long term robust strategy with clear assumptions on treatment evolution, market, competitor, brand assumptions, and long-term plans in key areas (evidence gen, supply chain, LCM, LoE etc)
  • Lead Global Marketing LRF process and financial plan updates.
  • Represents Global Marketing at S&OP for G2N and supply related initiatives.
  • Support business development activities.
  • Keep the organization informed of current competitive trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with GSK governance processes.
People
  • Work with General Medicines Leadership Team (GMLT) and other key stakeholders to integrate core capabilities, processes and systems) to deliver performance.
  • Manage and develop a team of global professionals strong in stakeholder and change management, with disciplined leadership in performance and delivery.

Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • BS/BA with 10 years commercial experience including sales or marketing in a life sciences/healthcare company. Preferably in at least one global generic of local national company.
  • Minimum 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in large market pharmaceutical/biotech brand marketing
  • Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in lifecycle management, strategy development and execution
  • Minimum of 2 days per week in office required.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Global brand experience
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, balanced with strong operational experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of G2N dynamics and levers to pull.
  • Strong track record in leading commercial (sales and marketing) performance & execution in-country, with direct P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated breadth of operational experience, preferably at local level (across multiple countries including emerging & developed) and global level, in complex matric with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather customer insights and use them to develop an integrated strategy.
  • Understanding of the development process from asset inception through lifecycle management
  • Strong payer and market access acumen, including generic strategy.
  • Demonstrated competency in full multi-channel marketing (including digital) strategy development & execution.
  • Direct experience in other functions such as finance, supply chain, pricing and tenders is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and execution skills
  • Proven and integrative leadership in engaging multiple teams across various cultures, languages and countries
  • Engaging, empowering, collaborative and decisive leadership style with well-developed relation building skills that builds trust, credibility and establishes networks.
  • Ability to apply leadership skills to achieve an integrated commercial viewpoint to brand development in both line and matrix settings.
