Market Manager Accommodation

Traveloka is a technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are founded in 2012 by ex-Silicon Valley engineers and we aim to revolutionize human mobility with technology. Today we are expanding our reach by operating in six countries and experimenting with new endeavors that will create large impact in the markets and industries we touch.
The Market Manager role is to present Traveloka to the hotel partners, build strong supplier relationship and identify growth opportunities. The role is KPI-driven with sustaining and potentially increasing revenues and profitability. This job also requires substantial time spent meeting with current or potential partners and conduct ongoing reviews of production with participating hotels and continually present recommendations using a consultative approach to optimize hotel conversion
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s Degree from accredited universities
- 3 years of acquiring and account management in hotel or travel industry, especially OTA channels preferred, but not necessary
- Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive strategy and make decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in writing and speaking of English and Mandarin. Able to speak Cantonese will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- This is a non-marketing position
