We also understand the broader digital domains - which means we can cut through the hype and credibly bring them all together, linking the real world into the digital world.To support the growth of our Singapore Digital Innovation Hub, we are seeking a Marketing & Communication Advisor (Digital) to join our team.Marketing & Communication Advisor (Digital)As a member of the Global Marketing & Communication team, the candidate is expected to design, develop and deliver marketing initiatives to support the growth of our Singapore business. The role will include planning, developing and executing marketing strategy and plans across key focus markets; acting as a campaign specialist to drive market activation and campaign effectiveness. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities in strategic marketing, branding, content development, campaign optimization and analytics.Responsibilities Position Beca as a thought leader in technology, digital transformation and innovation. Work closely with the digital business groups to develop the marketing strategy for key industry segments; leveraging insights and analytics to develop actionable marketing plans and customer segments. Lead integrated marketing channels for Beca in Singapore; work with global team on improving thought leadership, branding and overall positioning. Develop a strong dossier of digital assets (including case studies, videos, brochures, websites, etc) for marketing purposes. Establish a strong digital footprint for Beca Digital in social media, such Beca's LinkedIn page and Beca Singapore's leadership team's profiles. Plan, develop, execute and optimize marketing programme and campaigns to drive the visibility and leads generation. Conduct an analysis of lead generation channels and review current competitive landscape.PrerequisitesSkills Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in B2B marketing. Strong understanding and skills in marketing strategies, content marketing, lead management, search (organic and paid), social media and other digital media channels. Digital and technology savvy Strong writing and communications skills for content marketing / thought leadership. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous Ability to synthesize complex ideas and present them in simple, easy-to-understand narratives.Competencies Highly driven and motivated individual, with an ability to craft high-performance deliverables and workplans to meet desired outcomes. Flexible and adaptable to a cross-cultural setting and collaborate across timezones and different stakeholder interests.
