Manage all aspects of our internal, external, in-person and virtual, marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, etc
Manage relationship with external vendor as well as reach out to new business partners in both marketing and fintech initiatives context
Managing small-scale event logistics from end-to-end
Sourcing, liaising and negotiation with Sponsors, Partners, Guests and Event vendors for events
Support essential processes, communicate and liaise with cross-functional teams on executing campaigns and events across the platform's different verticals
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly progress updates on the status of our internal events including current participation and agendas
Ensure our event budget is on-track and quantify the impact of our events
The Candidate:
Bachelor's degree required in finance, marketing, communications, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in event, project management or field marketing required
Excellent organisational, collaboration, time management and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with cross-functional teams
Ability to handle multiple campaigns at one time, adapt to spontaneous changes and work well under pressure
Managing assigned budget, purchase order and invoicing process for marketing activities
Highly collaborative and goal/ results oriented
Strong written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin
Keen interest in blockchain/ crypto space
