Job purpose:
Actively seek new ideas for generating new leads including school talks, school visits, workshops and participating in schools career week or college week especially international schools, private schools, and schools with our target audience/markets.
To work with the Assistant Marketing Manager, Marketing Team and Student Recruitment Team in marketing and event management, and B2B sales liaison efforts. To assist in marketing campaigns and competition efforts with the Assistant Marketing Manager. To plan events, activation, and execution efforts with the Marketing Team. To assist both teams in generating quality leads through B2B sales liaison between relevant organizations.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Marketing:
1. Plan and execute events, competitions, and workshops for the purpose of generating leads.
2. Oversee planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
3. Oversee coordinating campaigns for events, competitions, and workshops
4. Manage external communication with schools, businesses, and organizations in planning external events to initiate physical lead generation
5. Manage lead generation physical efforts.
6. Oversee lead generation digital efforts.
7. Collaborate with Student Recruitment Team.
Events Management:
1. Coordination and planning of events (Open House, External Exhibitions, Activations) with the Marketing Team and Student Recruitment Team
2. Coordinate efforts on event organization and management with Marketing Team and Student Recruitment team
3. Work with Assistant Marketing Manager in being liaisons for marketing events and activation for the college
