Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing & Sales Operations Director role is responsible for Vispark service sales and marketing enablement by driving breakthrough improvements in operational excellence and collaboration with global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by creating and implementing data-driven business strategies and new initiatives.
- Identify new trends, business opportunities, and key partners to engage with to boost the growth of the business.
- Constantly identify areas to improve the impact and efficiency of our marketing & growth, sales, and service delivery teams.
- Work closely with the US and the Greater China teams to lead cross region projects.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of marketing, growth or sales operations management experience.
- Familiar with online learning service processes and highly adaptable.
- Self starter, reliable, ambitious, structured, with strong analytical skills.
- Good at organizing complicated tasks and comfortable with large data and numerical based tasks.
- Excellent communication skills
