  Our Client is a Japanese MNC consumer electronics manufacturer and precision company.
  Reporting: General Manager (in Australia)
  
  \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Oversee the ongoing measurement, assessment and reporting across owned, earned and paid digital channels including website, social, CRM, SEO and SEM to determine the digital campaign engagement and success.
  • Facilitate decision-making across the organisation by assessing performance and trends to optimise future campaigns
  • Analyse market research data to identify strategic insights, converting those insights into actionable change
  • Commission advanced digital analytics such as A/B testing, lookalike audiences and retargeting
  • Assist in the development of automated personalised email campaigns based on user behaviour and insights
  • Ownership of quantitative data analysis and reporting
  • Assist in driving database growth and management, segmentation and personalisation strategies
  • Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or relevant Communications or Data Science program
  - At least 3- 5 years of working experience
  
  • Demonstrated proficiency in GA, Google Search Console, SEO, and SEM
  • Experience in B2C Marketing, preferably from agency settings
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative data analysis
  • Magento and Google Analytics experience will be highly regarded!
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Capability to build presentations based on data analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken English as well as communication skills
  • An interest in information technology in general
  • An interest in business process improvement
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment, and must be able to multi-task
