By joining our APJ marketing team, you will collaborate with analysts from both global and regional spheres, including our data science team, to develop and refine analytics focused on customer journeys, campaign performance, and digital channels. Your insights and strategic input will empower proactive decision-making and innovative initiatives.Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted analytics partner to business and marketing leaders, providing actionable reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.Lead the definition of "metrics that matter" and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards.Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing strategies.Collaborate with digital marketing, marketing, operations, and data science teams to develop revenue-generating strategies by analyzing customer journeys and digital marketing performance.Requirements:5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, and business intelligence reporting.3+ years of experience in writing scripts to extract and manipulate data using SQL, Python, and/or Databricks for report automation.Proficiency in marketing data systems such as web/digital analytics (Adobe Analytics) and email marketing platforms (Eloqua, etc).Knowledge of BI data architecture and relational database architecture concepts, such as Star schema and Snowflake, is preferred.Strong expertise with leading data visualization tools, such as PowerBI and Excel, to effectively convey insights and recommendations.Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics tools, including A/B testing, statistical inference, and process control analysis.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clear and concise executive summaries of insights and recommendations.Proven initiative, tenacity, and ability to succeed in ambiguous situations.A Bachelor\'s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent experience, with a solid foundation in math, operations research, business analytics, or statistics.Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to business partners.Strong time management, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.Ability to effectively collaborate and work well in teams across different functions.Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.Apply today and become a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific\'s ambitious and inclusive team!
