East Coast Podiatry is a specialist outpatient service for conservative treatment of the foot, ankle and associated structures of the lower limb. We are a leading private podiatry practice with an international team of podiatrists in four clinic locations of Singapore.
Orchard Clinic focuses on therapies that help with diastasis recti, incontinence, menopause and conditions associated with the pelvic floor region. Our proprietary therapy protocol combined with the latest treatment technologies achieve fast and effective results.
About the role:
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including digital marketing platforms, website analytics, CRM systems, and social media. Clean, preprocess, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover insights and trends.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including online advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI). Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends. Analyze competitor data and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. Assist in the development of customer personas and target audience segmentation.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI. Generate regular reports for marketing teams and stakeholders, summarizing key findings and actionable insights.
A/B Testing: Collaborate in designing and executing A/B tests to assess the impact of marketing changes. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
Customer Journey Analysis: Map and analyze the customer journey to understand touchpoints and conversion pathways. Identify areas where the customer experience can be improved.
Predictive Modeling: Assist in developing predictive models to forecast future marketing trends and customer behavior. Use machine learning algorithms to segment customers and personalize marketing efforts.
Marketing Strategy Support: Collaborate with marketing managers and teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies. Help in setting marketing goals and objectives based on data insights.
Tools and Technology: Familiarize yourself with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and data analytics software. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.
Documentation: Document analysis methodologies, findings, and insights for future reference and knowledge sharing.
