Conceptualize and develop marketing plans and ensure its implementation.
Responsible for the development and execution of ATL & BTL marketing activities to achieve corporate goals and sales targets
Generate reports for evaluation and improvement of performance.
Report on the response of the various media advertisements and any other ATL & BTL activities and promotions
Sales report and analysis of the CRM program
Analyse and generate a monthly report with recommendations on more effective sales/promotions activities
Responsible for the development of marketing communications material and ensure corporate guidelines are adhered to in all brand communication materials.
Manage A&P budget.
Responsible for the preparation of annual budget and meet annual budget targets in business revenues and profits for the company.
Ensure marketing launches and marketing programs deliver desired ROI.
Provide sales forecast accuracy and present monthly business reports.
Plan and execute effective CRM programs
Conduct an analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 information.
Explore new markets: identify potential clients and expand market base.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms
Utilization of social media to increase sales and brand awareness
Envisage, activate the mechanics on how to promote business brand through social media.
Analyzing analytical reports to realign and maximize productivity
Development and management of website. Responsible for constant updating of information on website (Clinic and Aesthetics) and manage website enquiries.
Reporting the google analytics data in monthly online traffic reports.
EVENTS & PR
Conceptualisation, booking, planning, partnerships management and execution of all branding and media events
Maintain healthy relations with media through organising media events, press releases and sponsorship tie-ups
Develop team lead program, planning of events to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded
BRAND MANAGEMENT
Ensuring customer growth through strong, strategic marketing programs and product launches that will help the brand achieve market share and ranking in the industry
Establish and maintain the Image and Positioning of the Brand.
Spearhead and ensure adherence of brand - culture in the company.
Ensure strict adherence to the Brand image in all the communication materials.
Drive and facilitate smooth and effective implementation of brand plans vis a vis product brand:-
- marketing collaterals - advertising and promotions campaigns - visual merchandising - sales performance in both clinic and Aesthetics.
Propose and execute efficient and creative media plan to support sales and branding objectives.
Requirements:
Min Diploma or Degree in Marketing, with, min 3 years of working experience in marketing
Well versed in design software including Adobe skills and html.
Meticulous, possess attention to detail and good follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast paced working environment with intense deadlines and constraints.
Work well as a Team to accomplish project objectives and goals.
Working experience preferably in beauty industry
