Key Responsibilities . Reporting to the Executive Director, your primary responsibility is to help the charity plan, execute and manage the organisation's fundraising/donor engagement initiatives, spearhead the organisation's communications strategies and oversee brand stewardship. . Build and manage relationships with current and potential donors, government stakeholders, corporate sponsors, schools, community partners and media agencies, with the goal of increasing donation/grants, volunteer engagement and other forms of support. . Submit appeal letters, grant proposals, relevant reports, etc. to stakeholders. . Track donations and engagements with donors and partners and submit relevant claims to funding partners/agencies. . Coordinate and manage internal processes for fundraising activities/campaigns, special projects, social media, public relations, etc. . Oversee all branding and communication touchpoints, e.g., corporate website, social media pages, Annual Report, programme and corporate collaterals, etc. . Carry out any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director and/or the Management Committee.Requirements: . Diploma or Degree, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Management or relevant disciplines. . With at least 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, donor engagement/fundraising, corporate pitching and corporate communications functions. Experience in social service sector an advantage. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, presentation and critical thinking skills, with keen eye for details. .
