The incumbent will assist in the management and coordination of all of Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts\xe2\x80\x99 public relations, social media and integrated marketing activities including print/digital advertising, web and collateral design/printing, special events promotions; assists in establishing and maintaining consistent favourable image for the brand; assist in achieving public relations/marketing objectives and perform related work as required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordination and Support in Media Relations: Draft media content/Facilitate media visits Support in agency-project management: Marketing Collaterals/Image Library/Advertising/Digital Marketing Leads the corporate digital content strategy and manages all social channels, overseeing property channels as well. Social Media Management: Elevate digital/social media brand presence. Creating and delivering creative, engaging & successful social campaigns, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media Referral network & strong engagement. Content Curation Editor - Newsletter, social media calendar Support Website Management \\ CRM & Database Management \\ Guest Loyalty Programme Management Support in Corporate Sustainability Programme Support in Online/Offline Direct Marketing Support in Marketing and Budget Planning
Administrative Duties: Handles incoming enquiries/documents/correspondences to the Director in his/her absence Maintains an efficient, organized and speedy administration and orderly office
COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS Required:
Diploma in Mass Communications/Public Relations/Marketing/New Media
Proven media, marketing and promotions experience, from a related industry travel/ tourism/ hospitality) sector environment.
At least 5 years of relevant experience (Hotel/PR agency/Journalism) preferred.
A strong network of lifestyle, travel, media and industry partners
Ability to assist in developing, implementing and evaluating public relations/marketing goals with a clear understanding of the principles and practices of Public Relations/Integrated Marketing.
Creative and resourceful in coming up with stories and PR ideas
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English & Chinese)
Experienced in writing, editing and crafting content for media/marketing materials including the social media space and fluently articulate key brand messages.
Experienced with technology and use of standard office programs and networks (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong knowledge and sound application of social media platforms and web-based applications/tools/technologies to support marketing activity and corporate image.
Excellent organisational and prioritization/time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects simultaneously
