Summary:

As the Marketing and Communications intern, you will support in the execution of Marketing & Communications initiatives that span across collateral, events, corporate website, social media platform management.

Responsibility:

• Create, curate, and manage social media content
• Oversee social community management by responding to messages on social media platforms
• Engage in social listening to identify industry-related news on social platforms that we can utilize
• Monitor and enhance the performance of the corporate website
• Assist in the Procurement process by sourcing vendors, gathering quotations, and presenting them for Procurement decisions
• Handle Procurement clearance as required
• Manage event logistics

Requirement:

• Undergraduates in Marketing, Communication and PR
• Familiar with Adobe creative suite i.e. photoshop / illustrator
• Familiar with Canva
• Familiar with video editing software
• Proficiency in desktop publishing and creative design would be beneficial
• Experience with Microsoft Office Application
• Experience with organising or executing events
• Independent worker but a team-player; self-starter; business-minded; pragmatic; result-oriented with a \'can-do\' attitude
• Ability to deliver high-quality results; and takes ownership of initiatives
• Engaging personality who can build and maintain good working relationships and strong professional presence
• Previous internship in insurance or financial services will have an advantage
