Work Schedule: Minimum of 3 working days a week, in-office (no remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Templates: Create standardized templates for various communication channels, including Google Slides presentations, emails, Google Sites, and more. Ensure consistency and professionalism in our messaging.

Content Creation: Assist in generating engaging content for our internal communications, such as project updates, announcements, and reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with our IT teams and stakeholders to gather information, align communication efforts, and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Bring ideas to the Communication Strategy: You will help to develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy, and how to define the timing, content, and target audience for our communications.

Bring ideas to the Marketing Strategy: You will help to develop a marketing strategy for our projects, outlining when and how to communicate our milestones, achievements, and innovations within the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

You love sport, you practice sport, and you are dynamic !

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, in 3rd or 4th year.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate and to design digital content.

Enthusiastic about collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Google Suite tools is a plus.
