What the role is:The National Arts Council seeks a Marketing and Communications Manager to work in its Visual Arts Division to provide support in the lead-up and execution of Singapore Art Week (SAW) 2025.What you will be working on:Support in the coordination of NAC\'s creative and PR agencies to manage SAW\'s marketing campaign and brand, laising with partners and stakeholders.Oversee timelines in the delivery of collaterals for SAW\'s marketing and media buy campaign.To support the planning of press events, media previews, and press conferences.Manage content upload and maintain SAW website, including liaison with IT vendor to update the site and troubleshoot any problems on the site.What we are looking for:Contextual knowledge of visual arts institutions and organisations internationally.Knowledge of and experience in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.Background / experience co-ordinating and liaising with professionals and government agencies.Proficient copy-editing, proofing, verbal, and written communications skills in English.Good negotiation skills, clarity in communication, versatile.Experience with government procurement, graphic design, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.Able to work independently and learn quickly on the job.Applicants who require work passes need not apply.Interested applicants are to submit resume and one-page write-up on your interest and involvement in the arts.About National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
