Marketing and Graphics Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of ideas and designs for the creative output of both online and offline
• Create and post content for digital marketing such as social media marketing, online banners and creatives, EDMs, and offline marketing
• Prepare marketing collaterals and assets
• Understand and use typography creatively across online and offline materials
• Understand creative directions and communicate objectives according to marketing requirements and transform them into creative designs
• Carry out product photography and digital image processing
• Create, edit and present videos
• Implement visual systems for special events, seasonal and store campaigns (includes invitations, postcards, shopping bags, packaging, logo identity, catalog and website)
• Support and execute marketing/digital marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions
• Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
• Work with internal team to create and project the desired look and feel of the company website, brands websites and other online presence
• Liaise with internal and external parties (e.g. suppliers, freelancers, business partners) on marketing related matters
• File and maintain library of all marketing collaterals
• Any other duties that may be assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years of design experience in a corporate setting is preferred
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Dreamweaver and Final Cut
• Competent coding skills in HTML and CSS
• Strong sense of aesthetics
• Experienced in art directing, photo and video shoot
• Detail oriented with strong organisation and multi-tasking abilities
• Self-driven and results oriented
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Excellent team player with a positive, can-do attitude
