The role will involve supporting and implementing our overall marketing strategy; this includes conducting research, creating written and visual content, and managing our online presence. You'll also handle core administrative tasks such as client invoicing and maintaining accurate records, while tracking key business metrics to support decision-making. For those interested in facilitation and training, there is also space to support and eventually lead client-facing sessions.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director at Catalyse.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications:
Support and implement overall marketing strategy
Create visual content for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials
Write clear, engaging copy for various channels including emails, web, and promotional materials
Conduct research to support campaigns, offerings, and audience engagement
Manage and update digital platforms including website and social channels
Business Operations
Track and report on key business metrics (e.g., client data, campaign performance, financials)
Support internal processes, project coordination, client invoicing, and team logistics
Facilitation & Team Support
Assist in preparing materials and logistics for workshops or training sessions
Support facilitators during client engagements
Opportunity to shadow and progressively take on facilitation responsibilities
Supervise and provide guidance to the Junior Executives to support their growth and learning
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in marketing, admin, or operations (open to fresh grads with strong portfolios)
Strong writing and visual communication skills
Tech-savviness and comfort with learning new technologies quickly
Proficiency in administrative tools (e.g., Google Sheets, internal systems)
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Able to interpret and manage simple data and metrics
Interest in facilitation, training, or client engagement is a plus
Ability to work remotely and independently, with reliable internet access.
