We are currently seeking a colleague to join our team. As a marketing intern, you will manage the companys marketing efforts and also handle operational matters in our medical devices company.

Marketing and Operations Intern at a Medical Device Company

The day-to-day activities:

Support marketing efforts such as EDM, edits to websites, create promotional materials, etc

Handle daily operational tasks

Make use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc to improve your work

Handle and resolve customers issues independently and promptly.

Process orders and arrange for delivery of products to customers

Coordinate with logistics provided to arrange for the courier to pick up and deliver the products

Managing a small group of part-time packers

Coordinating with our global network of specimen collectors to ensure timely delivery of samples to our laboratory. Reviewing results and creating drug testing reports for our customers.

The must haves:

Knowledge in graphics editing software such as Photoshop or Illustrator or Canva, etc

Desire for self improvement and learning

Willing to speak up and cover all operational matters

Responsible and independent

Communication and interpersonal abilities.

Optional to have:

Experience in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney

Work Environment

Office working environment
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary: $1,000 - $1,700
With the possibility of being offered a full time job at the end of the internship
