SummaryAs SimplyGood\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing and Operations Intern, you will be expected to work closely with the executive team to drive new user growth through new marketing campaigns and initiatives, and helping SimplyGood to build an e-commerce and retail presence. From the Operations aspect, you will be responsible for managing inventory, procurement, and order fulfilment related matters, with the guidance of our Operations and Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities:- Implement online campaigns across multiple eCommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon...)- Research on new marketplaces and pipelines to sell our products- Assist with acquiring relevant corporate partnership opportunities / startup grants / relevant corporate competitions/ tender- Helping to create content whenever needed for newsletter and social media- Leverage on market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to drive revenue, increase yield, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty- Summarise insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulate an argument to be presented to executives- Responsible for building appropriate external and internal client-facing materials- Work closely with order fulfilment team to ensure timely shipments- Coordinate campaigns with the brand initiatives and align with incoming inventory- Manage order fulfilment team, packing and arrange delivery to ensure timely shipments and projects- Assist in sourcing, evaluating and liaising potential suppliers for design development and production supply- Plan and track inventory, to ensure that SKUs are not out of stock across all platforms- Assist in planning and manning the booth for physical events & sales- Perform ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements- Startup background/experience or Entrepreneurial/Self starter- Enjoys the zero-to-one phase, including customer discovery, customer journey, and product development/launch and team building- Self-motivated, independent and ability to execute- Ability to work successfully within small, unstructured teams
