New product/ process launches/ automation/ improvements
Planning and implementing the marketing strategies (including the branch website) to increase penetration of products in desired segment
To propose and execute changes in processes followed for retail banking products so as to enhance customer experience
Core Responsibility:
Market survey and competition analysis for new product launch
Product and Process note documentation of new & existing products
Explore and add up new channels for business development
Features enhancement within existing products
Maintenance of existing retail products \xe2\x80\x93 Deposits, Remittances, Current Accounts, Life Insurance etc.
Preparing profit and loss plan of new product launch
Prepare and coordinate for various MIS on marketing and business that may be required by Senior Management
Develop and maintain various marketing concepts, objectives, materials (including forms), advertisements, programs, press releases, and other special events approved by Senior Management
Responsible for the coordination of all marketing and social media activities of the Branch
Ensure marketing activities are in compliance with local regulations
Work with internal functional departments, business and technology for effective & smooth implementation of advertising, marketing and promotional activities
Coordinate with the Central Marketing team (based in Head Office) for changes/ enhancement to the Branch website
Maintain constant exposure of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s products and services to prospective clients through use of direct mailings and newsletters
Coordinate special events in which the Bank is involved, Bank-sponsored events, etc.
Fulfilment of marketing campaigns
Track and maintain the annual marketing budget of the Branch
Any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Competencies and Skills:
Relevant experience of 2+ years
Understanding of relevant banking products and processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
