Summary:
As part of the Marketing department based in the Asia Pacific Regional Office in Singapore, you will focus on effective marketing, promotion and communication of the Group and its carriers' brands, products and services to customers. You will be responsible for supporting the team with exploration and development of digital tools, assets, and collaterals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate major events, campaigns and projects i.e. Webinars, trade fairs, networking cocktails
  • Coordinate on logistics arrangements i.e., invitations, registrations, collaterals
  • Create marketing collaterals such as emails, digital media, web pages using multimedia tools
  • Liaise with stakeholders and design vendors on facts and content accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the creation of new service maps and ensure accuracy of information
  • Create campaign awareness through internal communications
  • Ensure web optimization and maintenance of website system to improve user experience; ensure no issues or errors i.e., broken links
  • Develop and enhance app capabilities for continuous improvement
  • Maintain and update content on various platform on timely manner
  • Explore and/or develop digital solutions in automation of processes for improved efficiency for internal staff (e.g., sales leads collection) and enhanced engagement with customers (e.g., push notification to customers)
  • Maintain and housekeep all collaterals on all platforms (eg. Yammer. Galaxy. Teamsite, website, customer presentation, etc.)
  • Write and distribute standard Customers Advisory: Quarterly fuel adjustments/weekly void sailings/operational updates
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years' relevant work experience in digital marketing role
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree with specialization in Media, Arts & Design, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration
  • Proficient with creative tools i.e., Adobe Suites - Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
Good to Have Knowledge:
  • MS Power App, Power Automate
  • Knowledge with Marketing automation/CRM programs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge in web analytics i.e., Google analytics, Matomo
