WHO WE ARE:CloserStill Media run over 80 market leading business exhibitions in the learning, healthcare, technology, and veterinary sectors, with events in Asia, UK, Europe and USA.Our portfolio includes some of the fastest growing, and often award-winning events including the Singapore Vet Show, Cloud Expo Asia, Data Centre World, eCommerce Expo, Learning Technologies and DevLearn.We are the envy of the events sector with over 60 major industry awards including The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for three years in a row in 2018, 2019 and 2020!We have exciting growth plans over the next two to three years and are looking for ambitious and motivated people to join our award-winning teams.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:CloserStill Media (CSM)\'s Singapore Office is looking for 2 contract staff to support the Marketing team in the lead up to the upcoming Tech Week Singapore 2024, happening 9-10 October 2024 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.If you are looking for an opportunity to gain exposure and working experience in the realms of marketing and/or to work in the exhibitions arena, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then THIS would be a great position for you.Duration of commitment:

• 4 months: 20 Jun 2024 to 17 Oct 2024
• 3 months: 18 Jul 2024 to 17 Oct 2024

THE ROLE:

• To support marketing campaigns to ensure visitor targets are met.
• To ensure key messages aligned to the business plan and are delivered across all potential media.
• To support sales via partnerships and sponsorship deals.
• To write and control copy-writing and Print Production of marketing materials.
• To support marketing tasks and activities required on time as guided by Manager.
• To ensure social media activity such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn etc. are executed for the maximum exposure for the business as directed by Manager.
• To liaise with sector relevant associations and media partners where directed.
• To foster key relationships, especially with key customers and stakeholders to maximise revenues.
• To ensure high levels of care and customer satisfaction regarding the sector.
• To undertake any other duties as requested.

ABOUT YOU:

• Great writing skills. You should be confident in writing technical copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Good IT skills. You will be using content management systems, databases and email software.
• Ambition to develop your marketing career.
• Have something to teach us about social media.
• Get on well with people from all walks of life (and the ability to network and make new friends quickly!)
• Hold grace under pressure.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours as needed around key show times.
