Design impactful publicity materials and communications to disseminate information on HR policies
Provide other day-to-day administrative support to HR team as required.

Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
Familiarity with Outlook, MS Office and Canva.
Basic design skills and a good aesthetic sense.
Comfortable working with and adapting to different software and platforms.

Working Hours: 5 day work week
Contract Period: 3 Months
Salary: $11/hr
Work Timings: Mon - Thu: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
