Salary: S$17/hour Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: Outram Park Contract Period: Till February 2023 (extendable and conversion Salary: S$17/hour Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: Outram Park Contract Period: Till February 2023 (extendable and conversion depending on performance and business needs) Job Responsibilities: To support the senior manager on: - Planning and execution of nation-wide 360 marketing campaigns - Timeline and Budget Management for the campaign - Preparation of paperwork (e.g. AORs), e-invoicing, budget tracking - Briefing and liaising with agency on marketing deliverables - Liaise with agencies on production, installation and/or other activities related to campaign roll-out - Assist in scheduling of meetings - Any other ad-hoc activities being assigned. Job Requirements: 1. Must have at least a Degree in Marketing or Business Administration 2. Preferably 1 year of experience in Marketing department handling project/campaign, open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience as well 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 4. Able to write and read Chinese/Malay/Tamil 5. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. Photoshop and video-editing skills will be a plus 6. Extremely organized, process-oriented and able to multi-task 7.
