Overview We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in developing strategies & campaigns for both organic and advertising content across social, digital, website and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media and marketing and the ability to plan and execute compelling visual content across multiple channels. Job Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Create, edit and improve the content that the audience is looking for and optimize the path to conversion.

• Create, edit and improve the content that audience is looking for and optimize.

• Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.

• Develop comprehensive social strategies to increase traffic to digital content.

• Determine business-prudent social messaging.

• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.

• Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  

B2B Digital Marketing

• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

• E-blast content and scheduling.
  

Content Strategy Along with the design and functionality of a company website and social media channels, a digital marketer is also responsible for all website/social media content and for creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met. Designing of Marketing Collaterals Designing collaterals such as banners, brochures, posters etc. and liaison with printing vendor.

Website Maintenance and Brand Reputation Management

• Follow up with the Marketing Agency with regards to website maintenance such as ensuring updates of new products are uploaded onto our website.

• Articles, events, testimonials update.

• Ensure any enquiries that comes into the website are attended to Follow up with marketing agency regarding Corporate Brand Reputation
  

Events Management Organising and preparing of marketing materials, logistics, flow of event, and liaison with any related vendors, hoteliers for the event.

What we are looking for IMMEDIATE joins:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Min. 1 years working experience
• Proven skills in Photoshop, after Effect and AI is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A flair for creativity & strong sense of aesthetics, branding, products and target audience.
• Thrives within a team environment & works well with others - equally reliable when working on your own initiative
