Up to $5,000 Marketing Assistant Manager and above (Banking, Payment products, Central) Job Summary: Our client in the banking industry is looking for a team member to develop new initiatives which includes card issuance, and coordinating with Tokyo HQ to support these activities. This position could include a supervisory role which includes campaign planning and budgeting responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Strategise and seek new business opportunities to drive transaction volumes Conceptualise new campaigns Assist in planning and implementing B2B / B2C marketing strategies that align with company's strategy, including trade shows and corporate marketing . Plan digital marketing initiatives and social media initiatives on LinkedIn Supervise Singapore / Malaysia campaigns including annual budget planning . Assist in driving local card issuance / payment product, and related sales campaigns . Manage card issuance's related activities (incentives and relationship), if required Job Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree .= At least 5-7 years marketing experience in B2B and/or B2C Broad knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines including marketing research, advertising, direct marketing, media planning and outreach, and online marketing . Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel . Knowledge in planning and managing social media marketing (B2B / B2C) . Familiar with Facebook and LinkedIn . Experience in writing press release would be an advantage . Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3, N2, or N1) would be an advantage . Experience in working for large organisations especially Japanese multi-national companies would be an advantage .
