Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor\'s degree in advertising/media, Business Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experiences in Brand Management
Preferably specialises in Marketing/Business Development / B2C Marketing or equivalent.
Job scope:
Serve as brand custodian to regional franchisees/regional offices and provide extensive support on all aspects of marketing.
Disseminate Singapore marketing campaign information and artwork for regional adoption and adaptation.
Review and gather media plans from markets.
Work closely with Franchise Managers in planning marketing calendar and activities, including developing extensive brand and marketing guidelines as part of a franchise marketing toolkit.
Work together with Key Account Managers in analysing and proposing regional marketing strategy, promotions, and activities.
Collaborate closely with external graphic designers for regional collateral development in terms of content and art direction.
Provide monthly analysis and reporting of regional marketing activity.
Assist with gathering data for marketing reports and competitor marketing and sales materials both online and offline.
Liaise with relevant parties in preparation of franchise related contracts and legal documents.
Prepare meeting materials, coordinate, and attend monthly Group meetings.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
