Job Description

Our client who is a Singapore-based startup in cloud gaming technology is seeking a Marketing Associate for Gaming to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for our project through innovative player-resonant campaigns and impactful partnerships. You should have a strong enthusiasm for both gaming and technology, and prior experience in the gaming or traditional marketing sector is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth

Contribute to establishing the company as a leading strategist in the web3 space

Support in driving user acquisition for a variety of products on our platform

Assist in managing our external marketing agency, internal team and budget

Explore ways to leverage tokenomics and NFTs for growth

Work with the product marketing team to support growth marketing strategies and KPIs

Provide data-driven support for the full growth funnel marketing process

Support the acquisition and revival of users on various platforms and media channels

Assist in navigating TOS and paid advertising challenges for blockchain/crypto products globally

Contribute to building and leveraging partnerships for exceptional consumer experiences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering to achieve shared goals

Contribute to developing best practices in player growth for the organization.

Represent the company at conferences and events

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in leading and executing marketing initiatives

Agile and adaptable mindset, suited for a startup culture

At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in web3

Passion for technology, gaming and gaming platforms

Familiarity with media buying and primary funnel management systems

Self-starter with strong decision-making skills and open to feedback

Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Possess a bachelor\'s degree or higher
