Poly Diploma in marketing or business related is a minimum prerequisite.
Marketing Assistant experience and/or related job experience minimum of two years is important, in private aviation is ideal.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, good organizational and analytical skills.
A high level of attention to details, responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure, and always conscientious to meet correctness, quality, datelines, and budgets.
Ability to work independently and effectively and meet datelines.
Must be Committed, Diligent, Honest, Friendly, Prompt.
Capacity and interest to learn and be focused to perform excellently in the given position and role for the company.
Responsibilities:
To report to the director, to collaborate with aircraft operator and overseas management team to support our marketing strategies.
To promote our services to customers online and offline.
To identify marketing trends and key opportunities for the company.
To create marketing materials and presentations.
To maintain a marketing database and be able to promote to customers.
To provide related administrative support to the director.
To prepare, format, and edit a range of documents for marketing purposes.
To support the company’s promotional events.
To update and maintain the company’s website and external social media account.
