As part of a rapidly growing team, you will join a dynamic and diverse group of people who are responsible for Carta\'s growth across APAC and the Middle East, and get the opportunity to fuel the growth of the rocket ship.The Marketing Associate will report up to Carta\'s Head of Marketing for APAC & Middle East and get the chance to work firsthand on a range of projects, including digital marketing campaigns, website optimization, marketing analytics, event support and more. This role will give you the opportunity to hone holistic marketing skills, and gain exposure in B2B tech.The Problems You\'ll Solve

  • Digital Marketing: Work with ads team & the hiring manager to launch digital campaigns across the region, A/B test and optimize online lead generation efforts across search, display and social media to increase inbound pipeline for the region
  • Content: Identify content gaps within the buyer journey, localize blog articles to the region, craft organic social media content and develop customer case studies to increase brand awareness and affinity
  • PR: Work with the hiring manager and relevant agencies on PR strategy and execution, engaging media across all target markets and elevating Carta\'s brand in APAC & Middle East
  • Events: Support on event ideation, marketing collateral design as well as provide on-the-ground execution support for both Virtual Events & physical events
  • Analytics: Work with marketing operations, sales operations and hiring manager to develop and optimize marketing reporting dashboards and data visualization to drive data-driven decisions
  • Lead Nurture: Develop nurture campaigns on email, paid ads and more to re-engage existing prospects within the database
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
The Impact You\'ll HaveAs a Marketing Associate at Carta, you will be an integral part of growing the marketing function in this region. You will drive demand in the market and help oversee Carta\'s growth in APAC and the Middle East.About You
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing)
  • Previous internship or work experience in B2B marketing would be preferred
  • Desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Interest in B2B Marketing as well as the startup and venture capital space
Nice to have:
  • Experience with marketing and sales platforms (such as Salesforce, Marketo, Figma, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Proficiencies with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (GSuite)
  • Knowledge of the startup and venture capital ecosystem
