In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing customer experience engagements using various automation tools. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that enhance customer experiences.
• Execute campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Adobe Campaign.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation with other business process.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing automation efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and clients.
• Assist in the development and nurturing of upcoming talents in the marketing domain.

Requirements and Qualification

• 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing automation or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful marketing automation campaigns and strategies.
• Strong proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Adobe Campaign.
• Excellent database management skills, with an ability to analyze and utilize data effectively.
• Proficient in HTML and web development practices.
• Relevant certifications in marketing automation tools and techniques are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for nurturing relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Required to have experience with designing CRM and/or LMS solutions.
• Designing, building and changing the data model.
• Provide guidance to a technical team with integrations and processes.
• Designing and building workflows that align with the business processes.
