Position Summary / ProjectDescription HealthHub SG is on an adventure to unify the health journey of ourpopulation and we are transforming the citizen experience on HealthHub through modernizingto a cutting-edge digital experience platform. In this role you\'ll be the subject matter expert on the marketingtechnology stack and work closely with marketing, product and data teams toplan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, product adoption andretention, and citizen engagement. With a strong understanding of marketingtechnology and best practices, you\'ll help turn business requirements intoreality, so all teams have the technology and insights they need tocontinuously improve the customer experience and engagement.

Aspersonalisation of content and digital services starts playing an outsizedrole, you will also partner with our product analyst to lay the datafoundations for HealthHub to pave the way for our hyper-personalisationambitions


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Project management of marketing email andmobile marketing campaign pipelines, with oversight of marketing automationsystem design and administration
  • Oversee tactical production and deployment ofnurture and broadcast emails, including stakeholder management, planning andscoping, audience targeting, build and set up, testing and QA, execution, andreporting and optimisation; be the final reviewer of all outgoing messages foraccuracy, consistency and copy
  • Act as a data custodian to safeguard theintegrity and accuracy of our first-party marketing data and ensure adherenceto company privacy and data management policies
  • Maintain email calendar on the contentmarketing platform, evangelise and train teams across departments on bestpractices and tooling and provide regular updates on changes or improvements toestablished processes
  • Manage the current martech tools with the DigitalProject Manager and support the evaluation/assessment of new tools
  • Campaign reporting and optimisation : Monitor email campaigns, track against performanceKPIs, and identify and implement improvements; create reporting dashboards andcampaign performance reports in order to provide actionable recommendations anddeliver continuous improvements to our marketing campaigns
  • Operational and strategic support forother IHiS departments : Act as a trusted consultant and provide on new ideas and initiatives aswell as related data needs, new automation architecture, or team processes;continually reinforce data hygiene and communication best practices


Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated email/mobile marketing campaign experience
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and journey orchestration platforms such as Marketo or similar
  • Experience in implementing web tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap etc.)
  • Experience managing email and/or mobile marketing production cycles, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Knowledge of best practices for creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies.
  • Proven track record of improving the performance of email/ mobile marketing campaigns and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional/ cross-department teams and with individuals with diverse job responsibilities and backgrounds
  • Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, as well as Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Bonus: Experience working with, and teaching others about, lead andcampaign data models within CRM or marketing automation systems
